Responsibilities
Provide first line IT support for Engineering, Production, and Factory Operator team use and issues related to Tablets, Projectors, Monitors, Scanners and onboarding/offboarding processes
Troubleshoot and resolve common Factory Engineering and Operator IT incidents, escalating to senior engineer when necessary
Manage FOS user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Assist with the setup, deployment, and maintenance of Factory IT hardware and software, including Production Station setups
Monitor and maintain Factory IT infrastructure to ensure uptime, security, and performance
Support remote users and mobile device management (MDM) platforms
Create new methodologies and solutions to support company growth and scale
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of system administration or IT support experience
Ability to deploy, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure for our Factory Operating System environment
Assist in Factory Station setup and improvements
Provide first line support to Engineering, Production, and Operator users
Work independently to maintain FOS uptime and usage
Preferred
Experience with Azure in a hybrid cloud/on-premises environment preferred
Exposure to ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
Exposure to Factory automation or monitoring systems
Experience with Mobile Device Management systems
Exposure to Network Security management
Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
