Account Executive | PE-Backed Supply Chain SaaS
One Eighty Collective is a PE-backed supply chain software company on a mission to revolutionize how mid-market manufacturers and distributors manage supply chains. They are seeking an Account Executive who excels in a hunting role to drive new business and establish strong sales processes in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
100% Hunting (all new business, no farming/existing client sales)
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close (to midmarket manufacturing and distribution companies)
Self-source leads (about 70%) and leverage inbound leads from marketing and partner channels (30%)
Run outbound campaigns using Apollo, Clay, and Hubspot
Drive deals averaging $30–40k ARR with a 3–4 month sales cycle
Engage 1–2 main stakeholders per deal
Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, ICP, and go-to-market strategies
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
Background in early-stage or high-growth companies (under $50M ARR)
Demonstrated success in a 100% hunting role - building and closing your own pipeline
High autonomy, drive, and entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable in ambiguity and eager to contribute to sales process design
Preferred
Experience with supply chain, inventory management, or ERP platforms
