Responsibilities
Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
Maintains process-related systems; modifies software and hardware to improve process capabilities
Maintains communication between DCS/PLC/TCPIP based systems
Regularly performs data analysis to better understand process capabilities
Trains operations and maintenance personnel in relevant components of computer systems
Sets up, installs and maintains PCs and related software
Coordinates project activities with government and regulatory agencies
Maintains ability to be on-call during off hours to support systems as needed
Maintains the ability to travel to other locations up to 10%
Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or related field
3+ years of experience working with PC operating systems, PLC, DCS and/or SCADA programming applications
Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
Maintains process-related systems; modifies software and hardware to improve process capabilities
Maintains communication between DCS/PLC/TCPIP based systems
Regularly performs data analysis to better understand process capabilities
Trains operations and maintenance personnel in relevant components of computer systems
Sets up, installs and maintains PCs and related software
Coordinates project activities with government and regulatory agencies
Maintains ability to be on-call during off hours to support systems as needed
Maintains the ability to travel to other locations up to 10%
Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines with shifting priorities
Excellent problem resolution, with strong judgment and decision making skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to lead and work within a team environment
Regular and predictable attendance to perform the functions and requirements of this role
