Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for Japanese investors regarding U.S. property performance and operations
Deliver clear, accurate, and timely bilingual (English/Japanese) reporting and consultation
Build long-term investor relationships through strategic guidance and responsive service
Oversee coordination with third-party property management firms across multiple U.S. markets
Review financial and operational reports, cash flow, and property performance metrics
Support investment consulting for acquisitions, dispositions, and large-scale projects
Lead communication with overseas stakeholders and internal leadership teams
Support accounting and reporting processes, including P&L and cash flow review
Supervise and mentor Client Relations Managers
Ensure high-quality deliverables, workflow efficiency, and service standards
Provide Transaction Coordinator support and assist with brokerage activities
Manage transaction files, disclosures, compliance documentation, and closing timelines
Collaborate with brokers, lenders, attorneys, escrow, and vendors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
Active California Real Estate License
5+ years of experience in real estate, property management, or investor/client services
Strong understanding of investment property financials and cash flow analysis
Experience supporting acquisitions, dispositions, and transaction coordination
Fluent or business-level English and Japanese communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal skills and cross-cultural communication ability
