Responsibilities
Generates architectural concepts for interiors projects full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating interior design assignments
Plans and designs interior aspects of large or multiple projects by developing appropriate concepts and approaches
Manages a small team of designers and regularly coordinates with outside consultants
Other related duties as assigned by Residential Interior Design Studio Leader or Partner(s)
Attend organization and community events on behalf of STITCH, as requested
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited interior design/interior architecture program
6+ years interior design experience
Proficiency with BIM software (Revit preferred); 3D modeling software (SketchUp preferred); Microsoft Office 365
Exceptional organization and communication skills
Creative problem solver with a passion for design; attention to detail
Hold a valid driver's license
Preferred
NCIDQ certification is preferred
