Senior Graphic Designer
Dan-O's Seasoning is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join their dynamic marketing team. This role focuses on developing visually engaging designs that enhance brand identity and support marketing initiatives across various channels.

Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, packaging, and branded merchandise, ensuring consistency with the Dan-O’s Seasonings brand guidelines
Design visually appealing and engaging email campaigns that effectively communicate promotional offers, product launches, recipes, and other relevant content to our subscribers, driving customer engagement and retention
Create professional sales collateral for print, digital advertising and persuasive sales presentations and decks for internal and external use, incorporating compelling visuals, data visualization, and storytelling techniques to effectively communicate key messages and value propositions
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and produce multimedia content, including social media graphics, website visuals, video thumbnails, and other assets to support various marketing initiatives
Maintain and evolve the Dan-O’s Seasonings brand identity across all touchpoints, including print and packaging, ensuring visual consistency and integrity in line with our brand values and positioning
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate brand messaging, engage our audience, and drive brand awareness and sales
Review and provide feedback on design deliverables from other team members and external vendors to ensure alignment with project objectives, brand standards, and quality expectations
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements, provide design support, and contribute to overall campaign strategies
Ensure all designs are print-ready and provide production files to vendors or printers as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design tools for email marketing and presentation design
Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color theory, composition, and layout
Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of Digital Platforms: Proficiency in digital media, especially social platforms like TikTok, is necessary. They should be aware of the latest trends and be able to leverage these platforms for maximum impact
Familiarity with data visualization and infographic design techniques
Preferred
Experience in food or culinary-related design
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klavyio)
