Responsibilities

Handle all RPM and related medical equipment for setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Serve as the primary point of contact for all service requests related to equipment issues
Perform inspections, repairs, replacements, and testing of medical equipment
Coordinate equipment deployment, retrieval, and inventory management
Provide technical support and guidance to field staff and facility partners
Document service activities and maintain accurate equipment records
Travel up to 50% nationwide to support equipment needs across facilities
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements

Qualification

Required

Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills
Valid driver's license required
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
