Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to build strategic roadmaps, translate them into execution plans, and deliver against business objectives and milestones
Perform project planning, establish key milestones, and drive progress to meet timelines
Coordinate sequencing of projects to ensure steady progress
Assess critical paths and dependencies; facilitate discussions among project teams, Pricing Ops, Pricing Technologies, and Engineering
Identify and analyze risks; implement controls and contingency plans to increase the probability of positive outcomes
Aggregate, organize, and synthesize program and project information for extended teams and management
Resolve misalignments across requirements, priorities, and schedules
Evaluate existing processes; recommend and drive process improvements and adoption of best practices (processes, tools, etc.) to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Drive release management activities to ensure successful deployment of system capabilities
Qualification
Required
Strong program and project management skills with a collaborative mindset
Experience leading transformation programs and establishing program structure and governance frameworks
Proven ability to manage complex, highly cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment
Ability to work with technical teams and translate business requirements into technical requirements
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills; ability to build positive relationships
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, including executive-level communication
Excellent documentation skills; quick learner; proactive problem solver
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Microsoft Office, SAP, and Workfront; Pricing Tools experience a plus
