Responsibilities
Utilize industry standard methodologies to include PMP and Lean Six Sigma based continuous improvement methodologies to engage teams to solve customer problems
Drive speed, quality, and simplification by eliminating rework loops, reducing and automating manual work and hand-offs, identifying and implementing best practices across the business, and minimizing process variability through standardization and automation
Motivate others to achieve impeccable quality in an explosive growth and deadline-driven environment
Diagnose Amazon processes, identify improvement opportunities, prescribe improvement strategies, and guide the improvement effort
Responsible for leading and driving process improvements (short-term wins) as well as process design / redesign (long-term wins) efforts
Create global best practice documentation and facilitate sharing across the globe
Maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders and understanding our highest priority execution pain-points and opportunities, which will translate into benchmarking initiatives that improve processes, tools, and team capabilities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics
Experience in facility and infrastructure construction management
Preferred
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
PMP certificate
Master's degree
