This role involves overseeing work orders, maintenance plans, and building asset management while serving as the subject matter expert for the CMMS system.

Responsibilities

Manage CMMS as the Subject Matter Expert

Manage work orders in the system, ensure proper creation, planning, update, and closure of work orders

Manage Preventative Maintenance schedules

Manage vendors, and Coordinate work with vendors and contractors

Maintain the asset database in the CMMS

Spare parts inventory management

Be able to coach and educate staff on the CMMS function and best practices for performing tasks

CMMS problem solving and issue escalation to Technology team or vendor

Assists with tracking maintenance performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

Generate reports in the CMMS

Continuous improvement of CMMS including spare parts inventory management
