Responsibilities
Advise on employment practices and HR compliance
Draft/review vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership contracts
Oversee internal investigations and disciplinary recommendations
Monitor multi-state employment law updates
Handle wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage/hour claims
Draft employment contracts, handbooks, severance agreements, and non-competes
Represent clients in EEOC/DOL hearings and litigation
Develop strategies to grow employment law caseload
Review and approve all advertising, social media, and promotional content for compliance with legal and ethical standards
Advise marketing teams on FTC, state consumer protection laws, and bar advertising rules
Draft disclaimers, terms of service, and privacy policies for campaigns
Mitigate risk related to endorsements, testimonials, and influencer partnerships
Qualification
Required
J.D. from accredited law school
Active US Attorney Bar license (required)
5+ years in employment law and contracts; litigation success preferred
Strong understanding of HR compliance, contract law, and advertising regulations
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset for client development
Preferred
In-house or law firm experience; familiarity with firm operations and billing
