Responsibilities

Develop and manage global release schedules across multiple markets

Coordinate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure deployment readiness

Enforce compliance with release governance, security, and quality standards

Conduct release readiness reviews and ensure stakeholder alignment

Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting releases

Lead and monitor external vendor squads to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables aligned with McDonald’s standards

Drive process optimization and adoption of release automation tools

Champion best practices for release management and deployment methodologies

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

5+ years of experience in release management, project management, or related roles

Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and deployment methodologies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience managing global technology projects

Preferred

PMP or Agile certification

Familiarity with CMS platforms and release automation tools
