Responsibilities
Draft and review commercial loan documents, including construction, refinance, and asset-based loans
Handle diligence processes (entity, title, survey, etc.)
Prepare and maintain transaction checklists, review deliveries, and troubleshoot issues
Summarize complex sales contracts and leases
Manage transactions from engagement through post-closing
Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in a sophisticated real estate practice
Ability to manage a high volume of transactions
Confidently oversee the full life cycle of lending deals
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to adapt to new technology
Maintain a professional demeanor
Preferred
Current or recent law firm experience representing lenders
Florida Registered Paralegal or fully qualified for certification
