Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput
Develop, update, and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
Support production by troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions
Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to ensure new products and changes are manufacturable and scalable
Analyze production and process data to identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for continuous improvement
Support cost reduction and value-add initiatives while maintaining quality and safety standards
Provide technical support related to manufacturing equipment, tooling, and materials
Participate in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and standardization initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related engineering field from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2–5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Understanding of manufacturing processes, workflows, and production environments
Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective corrective actions
Skill in creating clear work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation
Ability to analyze production data to drive process improvements
Proficiency in CAD software for 3D modeling and design documentation
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and management teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CAD software; technical understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, HVAC/R systems, fluid mechanics, and materials preferred

Preferred

Technical background with exposure to manufacturing or industrial engineering concepts
Experience with welding, materials, tooling, equipment, and manufacturing process optimization
