Responsibilities
Must be able to work Friday-Sunday 5:00 PM-5:30 AM
Seven (7) years of related CNC experience
Two (2) years’ experience with multi-axis machines
Desired - Two (2) years experience with CNC programming OR - 15+ Years Manual/Tool and Die
Experience with one or more of the following CNC machines: Mazak, Hass, DMG Mori, Mori Seiki, and/or Okuma multi axis mills
Working knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, Mazatrol, or other CNC controls
Excellent blueprint reading skills including GD&T per ASME Y14.5M-1994 standard
Familiar with the use of personal computers
Ability to provide Design for Manufacturing feedback
Must be physically able to climb ladders, and stairs, work in small/restricted areas, and lift and carry 25 lbs
Tooling and fixture design
5 Axis Machining Experience
Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) experience
Outside processing knowledge including heat treating, plating, coating, EDM, grinding, etc
CMM programming/operation experience
CNC programming skills, preferably Mastercam X6 thru 2024
Conversational programming on the machine
Experience operating heavy lifting equipment such as cranes and forklifts
