They are seeking two Business Systems & Data Integration Interns to support their CECOM Software Engineering Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, focusing on developing data dashboards and automating workflows.

Responsibilities

Support the design, development, and enhancement of low-code/no-code applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate), Salesforce Lightning, or Appian

Assist in building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support Army decision makers

Help integrate data between systems and support process automation efforts

Participate in requirements gathering sessions with analysts, engineers, and business users

Support documentation of workflows, system updates, and development activities

Assist in troubleshooting, testing, and validating application functionality

Provide general support during Agile sprints, stand-ups, and team meetings

Ensure all work complies with DoD cybersecurity, data management, and quality control standards

Required

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Must be a current junior, senior or graduate student in college at the time of application

Must be a US Citizen to obtain a Secret clearance and successfully complete a government issued background investigation to access to customer site (must have lived continuously in the continental United States for the past three years)

Foundational understanding of data concepts—tables, relationships, basic visualization principles

Interest in learning low-code development tools (Power Platform, Salesforce, Appian)

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities
