They are seeking an entry-level Floating Maintenance Technician, also known as an SOS Neighbor Service Technician, who will provide maintenance support across their residential portfolio, ensuring residents feel well-cared for and proud of their living spaces.

Responsibilities

Make sure our Neighbors feel at HOME, ridiculously well-cared for and genuinely proud to live in our Neighborhoods

Be responsible for the physical appearance of our Neighborhood, service requests (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.), and turnover functions

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Must be available for on-call services and work a changing schedule which will include shifts in the weekends

Ability to speak, communicate, read, write and understand the primary languages used in the workplace including, but not limited to, English

Must possess basic computer proficiency and understanding of building materials and tools

Requires standing, climbing, balancing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, hearing, and visual acuity

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
