Small Girls PR is a growing communications company seeking a Part-Time Office Manager to support their Los Angeles office. The role involves maintaining an organized office space, assisting with onboarding, providing administrative support, and planning employee events.

Responsibilities
Maintain an organized and well-run office space through vendor management and coordination, office cleanliness, ideating and coordinating decor, and taking inventory of current supplies
Work alongside People Operations team to assist with matters related to Onboarding including: prepare for new employee arrivals, set up workstations and provide each employee with a tour of the office
Provide admin support on cross-office initiatives
Take charge of employee milestones with our Glitter Committee by taking the lead on birthdays, anniversaries and pivotal moments with creativity and thoughtfulness
Plan staff lunches and happy hours and team bonding activities once every quarter as well as bigger celebrations as needed like our holiday party or annual Small Summit
Qualification
Required
1 year of directly relevant admin / office management experience
Ability to spot typos and ensure diligent formatting
Ability to double check everything twice and never forget or miss a deadline
Self-starter who feels exhilarated by the opportunity to own entire projects and assignments
Comfortable being autonomous
Ability to remain level-headed and calm under stress
Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and cope effectively with complexity and change
