Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday security roles, domains, and policies
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Collaborate with functional teams to define security requirements and access controls
Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues within Workday
Conduct regular audits and reviews of security configurations
Provide guidance and training on Workday security features and protocols
Hands-on experience with security configuration, domain policies, and user access management
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irvine CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US
Experience in ERP software development life cycle
Experience in Workday ERP Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in Implementation / Support projects related to Workday Applications
Configure and maintain Workday security roles, domains, and policies
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Collaborate with functional teams to define security requirements and access controls
Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues within Workday
Conduct regular audits and reviews of security configurations

Workday Security Certified. Workday HCM Functional and Technical Knowledge
Experience with Workday integrations, reports and security impact analysis
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and data privacy regulations
Familiarity with Workday reporting and audit tools
