Growth Marketing Pro is focused on leading successful client SEO and GEO engagements. The Senior SEO Manager will own the SEO and GEO strategy for top clients, coach other SEO managers, and optimize internal processes for exceptional program delivery.

Responsibilities

Generate > 95% monthly revenue retention from your book of clients by:
Driving successful organic marketing programs via best-in-class organic marketing strategies and execution
Building strong working relationships with clients through execution against Goals/KPIs, clear and effective communication, and SEO thought leadership
Train, coach and mentor SEO managers and analysts to become better SEOs
Help develop and improve the SEO + GEO playbook and best practices for GMP
Help create and optimize SOPs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of our organic marketing programs

Required

4+ years of experience delivering revenue growth and business impact through SEO
You're a rigorous execution manager with a keen attention to detail, driving results with ownership while keeping key stakeholders accountable
Artful communicator: You have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell stories that persuade others to take action
Strong business acumen- understands the 'bigger picture' of the clients business goals and shapes our organic marketing towards those goals
You have a growth mindset, and enjoy the continuous learning process of growth marketing
Experience in SEO platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and CRM platforms like HubSpot
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AI and ability to improve and automate your work using AI tools
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate insights into strategy and impact
