Responsibilities

Greeting Visitors: Welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department

Answering Calls: Manage incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate individuals or taking messages as needed

Maintaining Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials stocked

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and clerical support, including photocopying, filing, and data entry

Assisting Visitors: Assist visitors with inquiries, providing information about the organization, its services, and facilities

Coordinating with Other Departments: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks

Maintaining Records: Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, calls received, badge access requests and other information as needed
