The Senior Human Resources Manager will manage the human resources function at a local level while collaborating with corporate HR to implement policies and programs across various Florida locations.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic HR Business Partner leadership to Branch Management; front-line supervisors, managers, and senior management, and their respective teams to maximize business performance and foster cooperation through an aligned People Strategy

Provide guidance to management, and other staff regarding personnel-related issues and their legal implications

Implement company policies, programs, and procedures in the areas of training, compensation, compliance, and benefits to attract, train, and motivate employees to drive a positive, employee-focused culture

Create a culture of learning by identifying specific knowledge and/or skills gaps within the workforce

Partner with Corporate Payroll, Benefits, and Human Resources teams on related issues as needed

Manage local HR staff (2) and regularly audit timekeeping records to ensure compliance

Comply with all existing federal, state, and local legal and governmental reporting requirements, including EEO, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, DOL, OSHA, and Worker Compensation

Qualification

Human Resources LeadershipBilingual (English/Spanish)Professional in Human Resources (PHR)Multi-divisional HR ExperienceLabor Laws

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; concentration in Human Resources or Labor Relations preferred

10+ years progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions

Bilingual in English and Spanish required

The ability to travel 30% in support of division locations is required
