Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications from front‑end UI to back‑end services

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, championing best practices and high‑quality code

Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable software designs

Own the CI/CD pipeline implementation and ensure secure, reliable deployments

Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve application reliability and maintainability

Required

Ability to obtain interim secret security clearance to start. Must be a US Citizen

Proven experience in full stack web development with a focus on technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Redux, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and TypeScript

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Knowledge of database design and development using Object Relational Mapping (ORM)

Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices

Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

Preferred

Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of security best practices and experience with security testing

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)

Experience with CI/CD Pipelines, Azure, and PostgreSQL

Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Jest, Mocha) and experience with unit testing and integration testing
