Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience as a Commercial Finance Associate Attorney
Deep expertise across asset-based lending, cash flow credit facilities, syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, mezzanine financing, acquisition finance, healthcare lending, cross-border deals, and loan workouts
Versatility across deal structures
1850 billable requirement
Team-oriented, detail-driven, and motivated to grow in a market-leading practice
Preferred
Background in asset-based lending transactions and private fund work
Strong academic credentials; grades and prior moves will be closely reviewed
Large law firm experience a plus
