Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing, Social & PR Support
Assist in the coordination of influencer mailers, seeding shipments, gifting lists, and product inventory management across full team
Track project timelines and ensure leaders are aware of key deadlines for launches, events, product orders, and marketing initiatives
Assist with Traackr Platform for accurate reporting purposes
Assist with administrative components of influencer marketing, PR, social media, community management, and eventing
Help prepare presentation documents and reporting
Practice excellent judgment, prioritization, and time management in a fast-paced environment
Own budget, process PO’s, vendor onboarding, invoices, and budget + PO tracking support
Maintain team databases & shared driver for optimal organization
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Hold a Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in account management, influencer relations and marketing, preferably in beauty/consumer goods
