Responsibilities

Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues by phone, email, and/or chat

Audit and troubleshoot account issues via Active Directory, Office 365, and Single Sign On services

Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources

Walk customers through the problem-solving process using remote tools

Contribute to Help Desk documentation through updates and suggestions

Qualification

Required

Proficiency in: Printers, Scanners, and Scan to Email setups

Basic Network Troubleshooting

Windows 10 configuration, settings, and repair
