Manager, CRM Application, Salesforce
The Pew Charitable Trusts is seeking a Manager for their Salesforce platform to ensure its successful operation and alignment with organizational priorities. This role involves stakeholder engagement, strategic direction, and managing technical operations to enhance the platform's efficiency.

Responsibilities
Serve as the platform owner for Salesforce, ensuring alignment with Pew’s business needs through collaboration and effective stakeholder management
Lead Salesforce governance, determining optimal engagement strategies for stakeholders
Build and maintain platform roadmaps, aligning emerging technology with business needs and prioritizing incoming requests for value and impact. Measure the impact of initiatives to support overall platform efficiency
Provide guidance to stakeholders and senior leadership on technical solutions to business challenges and opportunities
Manage staff, assign tasks, review performance, and lead team meetings
Ensure work aligns with IT priorities and supports overall IT initiatives
Manage contracts, vendor relationships, and budget planning for Salesforce-related activities
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Generally requires a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including staff, project, and/or consultant management experience
Including four or more years of hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Two or more years of direct supervisory experience, including performance management
Demonstrated success in operations or project management roles, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and delivering systems support strategy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Salesforce certification preferred (Administrator, App Builder, Architect, etc.)
Experience in nonprofit or advocacy-driven organizations preferred
