Responsibilities

Perform daily testing and failure analysis on computer hardware components, including:

DIMMs (memory modules)

Video/graphics cards

Solid-state drives (SSDs)

Diagnose hardware failures using test equipment, system builds, and diagnostic tools

Document test results, root cause findings, and corrective actions in a clear and timely manner

Prepare and deliver daily reports and data summaries to customers and internal stakeholders

Support ongoing engineering investigations and validation testing

Maintain accurate records of testing procedures, results, and trends

Follow established testing protocols while recommending improvements when applicable

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and documentation standards

Communicate professionally with customers, engineers, and cross-functional teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent hands-on experience in computer hardware testing/building

Strong understanding of computer hardware architecture and components

Experience building, configuring, and troubleshooting computer systems

Familiarity with hardware testing methodologies and failure analysis concepts

Ability to analyze data and clearly communicate technical findings

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
