Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR leaders and key partners to identify process deviations, align priorities, and drive buy-in for standardization initiatives
Define clear KPIs to measure the success of standardization efforts, regularly track progress, and drive accountability for meeting operational targets
Analyze and document current HR processes, uncovering opportunities for simplification, consistency and automation to enhance employee and manager experiences
Deliver streamlined program management by establishing straightforward governance structures, clear documentation, and simple decision-making processes to enable efficient execution of standardization initiatives
Apply operational excellence methodologies to map workflows, measure outcomes, and implement continuous improvements
Communicate progress, risks, and results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and maintaining momentum toward a future-ready, efficient HR services organization

Required

Level 8 degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience
Proven ability to build relationships, influence, and collaborate across HR, business leaders, and cross-functional partners
Expertise in designing, documenting, and implementing consistent HR processes across complex organizations
Strong background in continuous improvement methodologies to drive efficiency and process optimization
Experience leading large-scale change initiatives, building buy-in, and navigating resistance
Ability to assess the broader impact of process changes and align initiatives with organizational goals
Skilled in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering results in a dynamic environment
Proficient in analyzing process data, identifying trends, and using insights to inform decisions and measure success
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience leveraging HR systems and automation tools to drive process improvement and enhance employee experience
