Summer 2027 Financial Analyst (Class of 2028), Transaction Advisory Services – Financial Due Diligence - Multiple Locations
Houlihan Lokey is a global investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, and financial advisory services. They are seeking a Summer 2027 Financial Analyst in their Transaction Advisory Services group to participate in M&A due diligence engagements, analyze financial information, and support marketing and client development efforts.

Responsibilities
Participate in buy-side and sell-side M&A due diligence engagements
Analyze company financial information and other data to identify items such as historical and projected financial and operating trends and potential liabilities and risk which impact valuation and negotiation of the target company
Build industry skills and qualifications
Support group strategy, marketing, and client development efforts
Qualification
Required
Accounting majors - Master or Bachelor of Accountancy (or dual accounting and finance majors) with a final graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
Coursework in accounting and finance, MUST BE eligible for CPA licensure upon graduation

Preferred
Strong analytical abilities and financial and computer skills (Excel / PowerPoint in particular)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and be a team player
Basic knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
