Senior People Manager

Responsibilities
Deliver a full spectrum of People support, both strategic and tactical, including policy implementation, data analysis, compensation practices, labor and employee relations, performance management, and career development
Provide layered leadership, guidance, and support to our People functions, ensuring consistency and compliance with People policies and practices
Help develop and enhance People processes, procedures, and systems ensuring compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
Execute initiatives and programs to attract, retain and motivate a high-performing workforce
Implement effective People metrics and analytics to measure the impact and success of People initiatives and inform decision-making
Provide guidance and support in employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of People policies adhering to HR laws, regulations and best practices to mitigate related risk
Foster employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation and retention
Conduct periodic audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required
10 years of extensive experience in HR leadership, preferably in a global, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment
Proven ability to lead independently and develop high-performing HR teams across different regions
Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help managers and employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data and metrics for insights and decision-making
Demonstrated experience in performance management and employee relations
Proficient in HR systems (preferably ADP) and tools for data management and reporting
Strong project management and Excel skills
Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally as needed
Ability to work in the Dallas office as this is not a remote role
