Responsibilities

Work with the product team on product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
Recommend improvements to products by studying and mastering current workflows
Assist in product development efforts by writing feature requirements and maintaining feature documentation
Assist in product education by providing advanced support and training to internal and external users
Communicate product updates for your product area with internal teams
Act as a liaison between product management and client services team

Required

Bachelor's Degree required
3+ years' experience in hospice experience required
Strong problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to support working in a fast pace and multi-faceted team environment
Ability to manage workload in a demanding environment to meet deadlines
Presentation skills, including ability to present and explain technical information to non-technical audiences
