Lead and execute innovative creative projects for events and experiences
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to develop customer-focused solutions
Manage creative workstreams independently and work with internal and external partners

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget requirements
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a conceptual creative or Art Director in advertising or as an in-house creative
Proficiency in motion design and industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Illustrator
Strong presentation, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task efficiently
Preferred
Experience working with teams across different time zones
A track record of executing successful projects with measurable impact
