Oversee all aspects of immunoassay R&D, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery
Champion cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Program Management teams
Implement strategies that enhance product performance and maintain competitive advantage
Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and quality processes
Qualification
Required
15+ years in scientific product development within FDA-regulated industries
Ph.D. in a scientific discipline (or equivalent experience)
Proven leadership of leaders—able to inspire and motivate diverse teams
Deep expertise in immunoassay technologies and process optimization
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
