Account Servicing: Effectively manage and service a diverse portfolio of primarily small to large group accounts
Client Relationship Development: Cultivate and nurture client relationships built on trust and professionalism
Enrollment Support: Provide comprehensive assistance with open enrollment initiatives
Document Processing: Accurately process endorsements, proposals, and renewals
Information Handling: Timely and efficient response to requests for information and documentation
Qualification
Required
3-4+ years of proven experience as an Employee Benefits Account Manager
An active Life & Health license
Demonstrated proficiency with benefits administration software
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Experience managing large groups – self-funded accounts
