Responsibilities

Lead electronic design, including simulation and testing
Select and evaluate components with attention to cost, availability, and obsolescence
Create PCB designs using Altium Designer
Develop embedded controllers (ARM-based)
Design wiring harnesses and cables
Conduct hardware/software/system compliance testing
Support prototype builds and SMD rework
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams

Required

BSEE degree required
5+ years of hands-on electrical engineering experience

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Prior leadership or management experience a plus (not required)
Medical device industry experience highly preferred
