Mid, Senior LevelElite Clinical Network is seeking a Clinical Research Psychologist who will specialize in the psychological and behavioral components of Phase I-IV Clinical Trials. The successful candidate will ensure the rigorous application of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards while executing standardized psychological assessments and interventions within the trial protocol.

Responsibilities
Protocol Execution & Fidelity
Standardized Assessment: Administer, score, and interpret psychological, behavioral, and cognitive outcome measures (e.g., HAM-D, MINI, cognitive batteries) exactly as defined in the trial protocol and Schedule of Assessments
Intervention Delivery: Deliver manualized, protocol-specific psychological interventions (e.g., psychoeducation, cognitive training, behavioral therapy) to trial participants, ensuring strict fidelity to the treatment manual
Rater Training and Certification: Actively participate in all rater training sessions, pass required certification tests (e.g., mock interviews, scale scoring competency exams), and maintain inter-rater reliability throughout the duration of the trial
Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the PI, Study Coordinators, Pharmacists, and Sponsors to ensure seamless integration of psychological procedures into the overall trial logistics
Qualification
Required
Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field
Eligible for or hold current independent licensure as a Psychologist
