Responsibilities
Act as deputy to the IFM Director, supporting strategic decision‑making and portfolio leadership
Lead large‑scale transformation programmes including technology implementation, operating model standardisation, and process optimisation
Drive performance through data, analytics, and KPI management across hard and soft services
Oversee major IFM budgets, forecasting, and cost‑optimisation initiatives
Build and lead high‑performing, management‑level teams across multiple locations
Manage senior vendor relationships and ensure contractual and operational excellence
Support new site launches, expansions, and major capital initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business, Operations, or a related discipline
8+ years' experience in facilities or property management within complex portfolios
5+ years leading management‑level teams
Proven success delivering cross‑functional transformation programmes
Strong financial, analytical, and stakeholder management capability
Executive presence with the ability to influence at senior leadership level
