Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end AR processes: charge/payment posting, denials, collections, and patient billing
Drive performance on KPIs such as days in AR, denial rates, and cash collections
Lead and develop AR team members; promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer rules, and billing regulations
Implement process improvements and leverage billing software/EMR tools to optimize efficiency

Qualification

Revenue cycle managementMedical billing experiencePayer policies knowledgeBilling systems experienceLeadership experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Admin, or related field
8+ years in medical billing/revenue cycle, with 3+ in leadership
Strong knowledge of payer policies, coding, and AR workflows
Experience with major billing systems
