Account Executive (SaaS) – New Logo (Power & Utilities)

The New Logo Account Executive will focus on opening new accounts and closing enterprise-scale deals within the Power & Utilities sector, requiring deep familiarity with utility operations and safety-critical environments.

Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close net-new Power & Utilities customers
Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution
Engage operational, safety, training, reliability, and executive stakeholders
Translate workforce, safety, and reliability challenges into ROI-driven business cases
Lead onsite discovery sessions, demos, workshops, and executive briefings
Build pipeline, manage opportunities, and forecast accurately in HubSpot
Qualification
Required
8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong hunter background
Extensive experience selling into Power, Utilities, Energy, or highly regulated environments
Proven success closing six-figure to seven-figure enterprise deals
Strong understanding of utility operations, safety programs, compliance, and workforce transition challenges
Ability to operate independently and drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Minimum 50% travel, including frequent onsite visits to utility facilities and customer locations
