JOEY Restaurant Group is expanding its presence in San Diego, California, and is looking for passionate individuals to join their team. The Restaurant Administrator role is a hands-on junior leadership position responsible for managing administrative processes, supporting the operations team, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Manage and support a small but impactful team in our restaurant’s office. You’ll be the go-to person for partners and managers when it comes to policies, payroll, and administrative processes

Help onboard new partners, facilitate training, and make sure our people have everything they need to succeed

Support the Operations Team & Business. Work closely with the General Manager to implement policies, audit practices, handle partner questions, and manage key operational tasks

Maintain records and databases for various administrative responsibilities (invoices, employee records, inventory)

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations

Address any operational issues and troubleshoot to ensure the smooth flow of daily activities

Provide administrative support to the management team as needed

Perform other duties and projects as assigned
