Responsibilities
Assist escrow officers with opening, processing, and closing escrow files
Prepare and review escrow documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates
Manage and maintain escrow records and files, ensuring they are complete and organized
Coordinate document signing and notarization appointments
Handle disbursement of funds and maintain accurate financial records for each transaction
Address and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner
Support the team in meeting deadlines and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
