Responsibilities
Lead and scale engineering teams focused on AI/ML and data platform development, ensuring alignment with business goals
Provide technical and strategic leadership in the practical application of GenAI, LLMs, and emerging ML/NLP technologies
Establish and uphold AI governance standards for fairness, transparency, and privacy compliance
Translate advanced AI/ML capabilities into strategic product initiatives that enhance customer experience and deliver measurable value
Mentor managers and senior engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture
Champion DevOps and observability excellence to ensure reliability and scalability
Drive data literacy and modern data management practices across the organization
Evaluate and scale emerging technologies such as AI agents, multimodal interfaces, and rapid prototyping tools
Define and track metrics for engineering efficiency, product success, and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
5+ years in engineering leadership, including experience managing managers and mentoring high-performing, cross-functional teams
Proven track record of delivering AI-powered solutions that drive tangible business impact
Deep technical expertise in GenAI, LLMs, and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.), with hands-on experience integrating LLMs or building prompt-based applications
Strong grasp of ethical AI principles and governance best practices
Excellent communicator who can simplify complex AI/ML concepts for non-technical audiences
Skilled at recruiting, developing, and retaining top technical talent, with a focus on inclusion and growth
Experienced in fast-paced, high-growth environments and adept at balancing innovation with operational discipline
