Greenskies Clean Focus is looking for a Data Analyst to support the Procurement function. This role is responsible for all data maintenance and internal reporting related to Procurement, interacting with various teams and external vendors. The successful candidate will facilitate inventory reviews and support procurement activities using ERP/SAP systems.

Responsibilities

Utilize ERP/SAP to monitor on-hand inventory as well as material movements to and from projects to ensure accuracy
Collaborate with IT to build standard reporting templates and processes
Facilitate monthly inventory reviews with multiple 3PL warehouses
Create ad-hoc reports using data from multiple data sources
Support the Procurement Buyers or Logistics Specialists with material assignments and movements in SAP

Required

Minimum 3-5 years related experience in data analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have ERP experience
Expert in Microsoft Excel, with experience leveraging macros and pivot tables
Experience writing complex SQL Queries
Well organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Ability to analyze data sets, and extract meaningful insights to inform decision making
Ability to clearly explain identified trends in data and their implications to non-technical audiences

Preferred

Prior experience in procurement and/or logistics is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent analytics experience preferred
SAP ERP preferred
Experience in business intelligence and data visualization tools such as PowerBI, SAP Business Objects / Crystal Reporting, or Tableau
