Responsibilities
Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, testing, and shipping activities
Plan and enforce safety, security, and regulatory compliance across warehouse and logistics functions
Manage and train staff, set workflows, and ensure work meets organizational standards
Coordinate logistics with other departments to streamline sales, accounting, order management, and shipping processes
Analyze transportation, routing, inventory, and supply chain efficiency to reduce costs and improve performance
Develop and maintain operating procedures, metrics, reports, and documentation for logistics and warehouse activities
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, contractor evaluations, rate negotiations, and capital expenditure decisions
Plan and implement operational improvements, facility modifications, and new technologies—including automation, drones, or energy-saving transportation strategies
Qualification
Required
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in one or more of the following types of work
