Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities across multiple projects and guide junior business analysts
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
Oversee requirement gathering, documentation, validation, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure alignment of business needs with technical solutions and project objectives
Support Agile Scrum ceremonies and ensure best practices are followed
Collaborate with Salesforce development and architecture teams to ensure accurate requirement implementation
Manage requirements, user stories, and backlog items using Azure DevOps

Required

Expertise in creating functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., Solution Designs, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Definitions, UI Designs)

Strong experience with Salesforce
Must have 3+ years of exp with state/federal agencies. (Preferred NYC State)
Azure DevOps and Salesforce: 4 years (Required)
Business Analyst: 10 years (Required)
Must have NY State Agency: 3 years (Required)
Location: New York, NY 10003 (Required)
Work Location: In person
