Responsibilities

As a Senior Designer, you will shape the creative direction of contemporary, sport-inspired apparel that resonates on and off the field. Combining technical expertise with modern design sensibility, you’ll develop innovative knitwear and cut-and-sew collections that speak to today’s athletes, performers, and fans
Collaborating closely with product development, graphics, and production teams, you’ll bring concept to creation—crafting collections that balance performance, comfort, and cultural relevance across men’s, women’s, and youth lines
Lead seasonal concept development by identifying emerging trends in team sports, entertainment, and streetwear culture
Translate trend insights into compelling color stories, fabric narratives, and silhouette direction with a focus on knits and cut-and-sew apparel
Partner with graphic designers to develop cohesive visual themes that enhance
Create presentation decks, mood boards, and mockups that clearly communicate creative intent and inspire collaboration
Continuously research new materials, finishing techniques, and sustainable processes to push design boundaries
Oversee design from initial sketch through final production—ensuring aesthetic consistency, fit integrity, and technical accuracy
Drive the design of garments, trims, tags, and packaging that reinforce brand identity and quality standards
Review prototypes, color separations, and final approvals to ensure design intent is realized across all product categories
Partner with technical design and production to troubleshoot construction details and optimize for scalability and performance
Maintain a curated design reference library and digital archive for team inspiration and efficiency
Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless development cycles
Collaborate with mills, factories, and vendors to source innovative fabrics, explore new washes and treatments, and implement best-in-class processes
Nurture new supplier relationships to stay connected to the latest resources, technologies, and trends
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining precision and a strong design point of view
Communicate effectively across teams, balancing creative vision with commercial awareness and brand consistency

Required

7+ years of apparel design experience, with a strong focus on knits, cut-and-sew, and contemporary or sports-inspired collections
Strong portfolio showcasing innovation, storytelling, and technical expertise across multiple fabrications
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Mac OS; proficient in Microsoft Office, PLM
Strong sketching, rendering, and presentation skills
