Responsibilities

Develop and customize IBM Maximo applications to meet specific business needs

Design develop and maintain BIRT and COGNOS reports

Integrate Maximo with other enterprise systems and applications

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Maximo applications

Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of Maximo applications

Stay updated with the latest Maximo and MAS features and best practices

Required

10+ years of experience

7 years of experience in IBM Maximo development and customization

Strong experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS)

Proficiency in BIRT and COGNOS reporting

Hands-on experience with Maximo integration using various tools and techniques

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Experience with other enterprise asset management (EAM) systems

Knowledge of SQL, Java, and other relevant programming languages

Certification in IBM Maximo or related technologies
