Responsibilities
Day-to-Day strategic contributions on their account(s), serving as an expert on clients' categories, brands and audiences
Translates category, consumer, and cultural knowledge into strategic intelligence
Able to identify a problem or opportunity and possible solutions to drive innovative and successful work
Effectively leverages primary and secondary research sources to inform and inspire strategic deliverables such as creative briefs
Participates in creative brainstorms and provide strategic guidance on creative development
Presents strategy deliverables to internal and client teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
5-7 years work experience in marketing, advertising, promotions, media, or digital. CPG and/or retail experience a plus
Knowledge of secondary research data sources; ability to navigate and extract baseline insights
Working understanding of omnichannel marketing tactics
Strong writing skills
Creates aesthetically-pleasing, impactful presentations
Enthusiastic participant in brainstorming; generates activation ideas and tactics
Quickly able to master the agency's processes and products
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word
