Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers and design teams to develop designs from concept through permitting and construction
Coordinate with agencies, municipalities, and utilities throughout the design and permitting process
Prepare permit packages for zoning, stormwater, environmental agencies, and special use permits, including plans, details, calculations, and reports
Develop bid and construction packages with plans, specifications, cost estimates, and permit documents
Draft technical reports such as assessments, preliminary engineering reports, and stormwater pollution prevention plans
Work with construction inspection personnel and review field reports to ensure compliance with contract documents
Qualification
Required
BS in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
0–3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D
Preferred
FE/PE certification
